SoQuest Booster Pack Return Policy

• Unopened Packs Only: Returns are accepted only if booster packs remain sealed in their original packaging.

• Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.

• Process:

  1. Email soquestsocial@gmail.com (or DM us) with your order details.

  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

• Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the unopened packs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
